OUR STORY
It all started with a role as a Chemist at Nestle Waters Canada where I was introduced to my first DIONEX Ion Chromatography system. It was an old DX500 modular unit with conductivity, and UV detection. At the time it was all new to me and I knew instantly that I had found my calling. After meeting with the DIONEX service manager at the time it took about 2 weeks to get a job offer. I became a road warrior for 8-10 months a year travelling all over Canada. With training in California, Chicago, and Amsterdam. Fast forward 17 years and I have accumulated the specialized knowledge of Hardware, Software, Applications, and multi system/detector integrations. Now my passion is sharing this experience with you.
